My favourite sport is climbing. But I also like running and swiming. In addition I live in the Netherlands, so I bike everyday. And yes, it is demostrated that being active in sport is very good for your concentration. But you know, that was very clear even in the old times “Mens sana in corpore sano”

I do different kinds of sports. I regularly play squash with a friend, and also go running. I climbed several times like Daniel and really like hiking. I fancy a good match of football, too.
When it comes to concentration, and also creativity, having an compentsation for stress and overthinking really balances you.
All the best,
Andi

My favourite sport is softball (which is a bit like baseball but for women). I played it for a long time when I was in Italy.
I also played tennis and really like that.
At the moment I’m mainly into swimming and that really helps me a lot at the end of a long day at the office, to release the tension and finally relax. Or sometimes early in the morning to start the day on the right foot.
I’m not sure if scuba diving counts as a sport…or more like a hobby…anyway that’s another favourite for me!

RUGBY!! wooo!! 🙂
I am a HUGE fan of the Wales rugby team! 🙂
I’m not sure rugby gets me through my day to day work, but if i have been to the gym or out for a run, i definitely work harder and can concentrate more. so yes, i think exercise is good for your brain as well as your body!
