Hi there!
Global maps of earthquakes are really helpful to see where earthquakes happen. These maps tell you the plate boundaries, for example. Often the earthquake dots are coloured and you can see how deep the earthquakes were. And this tells you where subduction zones are, for example.
I have created earthquake maps lots of times and have also helped others to create them. It’s really easy! Just ask and I can explain you. 🙂
All the best,
Andi
