Sorry, no, that doesn’t work…
Clouds, and weather and the climate in general, do not influence the processes underground. We have to study the faults and rocks to better understand earthquakes.

Hello!
I have to agree with Andi unfourtunately. You can’t study or predict earthquakes using the clouds. But you can use the clouds to study weather-based natural hazards like different types of storms or twisters or hurricanes! 🙂
